As an online retailer, the majority of our sales require shipping games to our customers throughout the United States. We have shipped hundreds of games in the past few years and have relationships with two freight shippers for delivery of our games.

If you are local to the Philadelphia area, chances are that delivery and in-home set-up is available for as little as $75. Most of our customers, however, have their games shipped to them. We can ship most games to your door for $325, including all packaging costs.

Note that all transactions that occur in Pennsylvania are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax. This includes pickups made at our shop as well as any deliveries made within the state.

Delivery options:

  • Freight Delivery (to your door). This option is available for most of our customers and involves shipping via a freight company (we use Eagle Global Logistics for nearly all of our freight shipments). Our games are professionally packed to ensure safe transit. Read about our packing process here. Freight delivery usually costs $325 for most standard size arcade games, and is listed on the web page with your game. Note that some larger games (including most games that have 25" monitors, such as Mortal Kombat and NBA Jam do cost a little more to ship).

We always have our shipper call ahead of time to schedule a delivery day and time in advance. Please note that delivery via this method is only to your door. The shipping company will not set up the game for you. We recommend inviting a friend over to help you move in. Saturday deliveries are available, although there is an additional charge for this (generally about $60).

  • "White Glove Delivery". We also have a relationship with a specialty freight shipper that specializes in "white glove" delivery. White glove delivery includes inside delivery and placement of your game(s) anywhere in your home (including up or down stairs). The shipper also removes all packaging materials and assists in getting the game set up.

White glove delivery pricing varies by location and generally ranges from $300-$400 per game depending on your location (there are some savings for multiple game shipments). Rural areas are subject to an additional charge. To receive an exact quote for white glove deliveries please contacts us via e-mail sales@quarterarcade.com or by phone at 610.754.6377.

  • Local Delivery. If you are local to the Philadelphia area, we can arrange for local delivery and set up. In this case we personally deliver and set your game up. Local delivery usually this costs $75 - $150 depending on your location (in some instances it can be more for our extended delivery area).

We occasionally can personally deliver as far as New York City, depending on our work load and scheduling. For example, deliveries inside of New York City or Washington, D.C. range from $225-$300, again depending on the location and the game(s) being delivered.

  • Local Pickup. If you would like to pick up your game, you can visit our showroom and shop in Zieglerville, PA 19492 to pick your game. We are happy to assist in wrapping your game for the ride home and loading the game into your vehicle. We recommend bringing some ratchet straps (available at home improvement stores and Wal-Mart) to secure the game for the trip home. Games can be placed on their back for transit.

Our Customers Say:

I really enjoyed my first purchase (Pac Man) with QuarterArcade.com. Anthony is very helpful and made sure I was taken care of from beginning to the end, excellent communication (which is important to me). This has been my largest purchase online so far and QuarterArcade.com made me feel comfortable and all went well. I love the wrapping job. Keep up the excellent work.
