Atari B&W Vector Transformer Assembly

Used in Asteroids Deluxe, Battlezone...

Tested and working Atari black and white vector game power transformer block. We believe this one originally came from an Asteroids Deluxe or Battlezone based on the transformer part number (A036354). This one is pinned for the Electrohome G05-802 and -805 monitors.

Item has been tested and works fine, but cosmetically isn't perfect. It does have a bit of surface rust and the mounting tab on the left hand side is pushed in.  We did not replace the original "big blue cap".

Quick Game Facts
Asteroids Deluxe

The follow-up to Atari’s classic, Asteroids Deluxe includes similar, but more challenging game play with a just enough twists to make the game a very exciting sequel. Just like the original, your mission is to survive through stage after stage of asteroid fields. In Asteroids Deluxe your ship’s hyperspace has been replaced with a shield function, which allows you to bounce off asteroids. In addition to the UFOs, Killer Satellites occasionally appear in search of destroying your ship.

Coin-Op Overview

This full size upright game has a very interesting visual effect. Through the use of mirrors, it appears almost as if the play area is "floating" in space. There is no real good way to describe it. You have to see it for yourself.
