Missing trackball

Original Atari Football arcade game control panel in good condition. This panel is missing the original trackball, as you can see it was converted to a joystick setup at some point, but the original holes are intact and no new holes were drilled. Definitely could be restored given some work.

Atari Football

One of Atari’s earliest hits, Atari Football pits two players against each in other in a gridiron battle. While the graphics in this black and white game are a bit crude (its basically X and Os on a football field), the game is enormously fun. Each player takes a side on the large tabletop cabinet and uses a huge track-ball to run each play. The player can select one of four plays to run on each down.

Coin-Op Overview

The game is known to build up a sweat on a player in not time do the constant rolling of the track-ball to run plays. Atari Football was also released in a four-player version in which two players play against two other players.
