Original Atari steering wheel used in its early black and white games such as Sprint and Night Driver. This one does have some rubber missing on the handle (about 2-3" worth) and the encoder wheel has a couple of bent pins.  The original optic board is included. The plastic holes for mounting it are reamed out and will need some work.  Consider this one for parts or needing some work.
