Berzerk / Frenzy Fixer Upper Board Lot x 13

Lot of 13 assorted boards that need repair or sold for parts
$180.00

Lot of 13 Stern Berzerk / Frenzy arcade game circuit boards sold for repair or spare parts. None of these boards work and are all sold as-is. Listing includes:

VFB-1000 x 5 - two are missing a number of ICs, the other three are missing some socketed ICs (mostly ram). One of those three does have some corrosion. Can probably get 2-3 good ones out of these with some work.

BSC-1000 x 3 - one missing some soldered ICs, the other two are missing their rams. Probably can get two of these running with some work.

VSU-1000 (Speech boards) x 2 - One missing its speech generator IC, the other one is complete and speech generator chip (TSI S1400A) is tested and working.

SB-1000 (Sound board) x 1 - missing rom, not working.

RCR-1000 (Filter boards) x 2 complete, untested.

See photos for more details. Boards are fairly clean, but again do not work and sold as-is.

Quick Game Facts
Berzerk

Considered to be somewhat of a "breakthrough" game, Stern created an instant classic with Berzerk. You play the "Humanoid" and must escape. Robots and that Evil Otto (who is indestructable) will try and stop you.

Coin-Op Overview

The arcade version of Berzerk features a voice synthesizer, and despite having a small vocabulary, it has some memorable phrases such as "Stop the Intruder" and "The humanoid must not escape!" Many phrases were assembled by re-arranging the words. Sterned released a follow-up game named "Frenzy."
