Extra Bases 4.5" Trackball Optic Assembly

Original Midway 4.5" trackball optic board and related parts that we believe was used on its Extra Bases and Bowling Alley arcade games from 1978. Listing is for the items shown, including an optic board (part #A082-91323-E000), encorder wheel, roller and metal brackets.  Looks like one resistor is broken on the optic board. We do not have any other items.  Parts are untested, sold as-is, but in good condition.
