Joust Rom

Untested Joust Rom board
$80.00

Original Williams Joust rom board that more than likely does not work (we didn't test this one). Consider this board a fixer upper, we found it in a box of spare parts and it has been sitting many years.  We typically find the ribbon cables to be bad on these boards as well as the rom legs needing cleaning at the least.

It is fairly clean, no physical damage or corrosion, but sold as-is, most likely not working.

Quick Game Facts
Joust

Typical of most early Williams games, Joust features great game play and in this case an odd storyline. The player plays as a knight on an ostrich in a Joust matching against other Knights. Defeating enemy Jousters is simple: just be sure to be higher than they are when you hit them. The game is one of the few classics to include simultaneous game play with two players.

Coin-Op Overview

The game’s cabinet is of Williams’ finest. It features artwork of a Knight on his steed (ostrich). The marquee is a wonderful illustration of the game as well. Four years after its release Williams released a sequel to Joust: Joust 2: Survival of the Fittest. The game is rather difficult to find with game play regarded by most as sub par compared to Joust.
