Loco-Motion (no Sound)

Original, hard to find Konami / Centuri Loco-Motion arcade game circuit board that plays but has no sound.  We replaced a few components on the sound board a while back, but no luck fixing it and just don't have the time / patience to fix it.  There is an empty rom socket on the sound board (not sure if that is normal). Otherwise boardset is complete and in good condition.
