Out Runners

Original Sega Out Runners arcade game drive circuit board that is complete and in good condition but not working..  Original Sega Part Number 837-9560-01, 834-9559-91-01, 837-7536 and 839-0538-01.  We plugged this into our Jamma test rig and nothing came up on power-up.  We believe it should run on Jamma (without the filter/interface board), so we assume it does not work.

The boardset is in good condition, fairly clean and does appear to be complete.
