Vacation Notice and USPS Shipping Delays (6/17/21)

We will be away for vacation from Tuesday 6/22 through Tuesday 6/29.  The website will remain open during this period, with any orders shipped when we return. We will have limited email access and respond to any emails when we return.

Also, please note that the US Post Office is still experiencing delays in delivery times. We CANNOT guarantee any delivery time at this time through USPS and recommend using UPS if you have concerns about transit times.  We understand how frustrating this is but this is affecting the entire country and out of our control.

In addition there are some countries we no longer will ship to (Spain, Greece, Italy to name a few).  We have had too many issues with packages not arriving and will not ship to these countries for the forseeable future.

Original Bally Midway Pac-Man style 4-way joystick base used in many of its classic arcade games.  Listing is for the base only, which includes the two metal pieces, four leaf switches and other items as shown.  Note that we have a few of these in stock, image is a sample image, but a good representation of what you'll receive.  These will need to be cleaned, some show surface rust and leaf switches show signs of some wear, but should be restorable. Assume the grommets will need to be replace as they are original.

Quick Game Facts
Pac-Man

Not much description needed here, Pac-Man was and still is among the most popular games ever. Pac-Man’s goal is simple: devour all of the pellets in each maze while avoiding the enemy ghosts: Pinky, Blinky, Inky and Clyde. Pac-Man went on to spawn nine sequels include Ms. Pac-Man, Super Pac-Man, Jr. Pac-Man and Baby Pac-Man (a video/pinball hybrid), among others. New games are still being released today featuring the game’s characters for home consoles.

Among its other accomplishments, the game had its own animated TV show, its own song, “Pac-Man Fever” and a ton of memorabilia.

Coin-Op Overview

It was only recently that someone was able to achieve the perfect score on Pac-Man. In 1999, Billy Mitchell reached a score of 3,333,360 points, the highest score possible on the game, before the game crashes.
