Original 8-way, rotary joystick controller used on SNK's rotary games such as Ikari Warriors, Victory Road, Time Soldiers and other rotary arcade games. This one appears to have never been used, it is a little dusty, but was found with some other NOS items and was clearly never used.
Note that it looks to be missing a small actuator metal clip that goes inside the bottom base (see photos). Otherwise complete and in great condition.
We are not sure of the manufacturer on this one, it has a red ball, tapered stick and microswitches on the base. See pictures for more details.
