We honestly don't know much about this board, we picked it up in a bulk parts purchase, it is labeled "Robo-Bop Digital Sound, 1991, SMS MFG CO. REV 2". It does have two empty rom size sockets, we are not sure if that is normal or not. It is untested and sold as-is.
