Shipping & Returns
Our secure website is setup for online orders. Please note that we have a real-time inventory, if you see it on our site, we have it in stock, Conversely, if you don't see it, we don't have it. Unfortunately we cannot take special requests as we just never what new parts we might find on the road. Remember that most items we sell are used and anywhere from 10-35 years old, we do our best to describe any wear and provide pictures for each item we sell, but ask that you bear this in mind when ordering.
ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
All of our sales are final, we do not offer returns or exchanges (unless an item is not as described or non-working) when received.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal credit card processing including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Note that a Paypal account is NOT required to pay by credit card.
We have been shipping items out of the country since day one, and are happy to ship parts outside of the US. Please note that shipping costs are usually 2.5 to 4 times that of what it costs to ship the same item in the US. We only ship USPS Priority Mail (airmail) outside the US. We do not control shipping rates, we charge the actual rate plus a couple of dollars to cover our packing costs. We are a real business and cannot declare merchandise as gifts for customs clearance.
We currently ship most items we sell via US Postal Service’s Priority Mail or UPS Ground services. Our website is currently setup to allow the custom to choose their shipping method (along with the cost of each) at checkout. We generally ship items at least 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes more, depending on our schedule and most orders are shipped within two business days of being placed.
Our shipping charges are based on how much it costs to ship each item plus a small charge for packing materials. Every year shipping rates seem to increase, please realize these rate increases are out of our control. We use new boxes for 99% of the items we ship and take the time to properly package each item with the right materials prior to shipment.
We can provide "Express" or "Overnight" services for most items we carry at an additional charge. If you require Express shipping please contact us for more details. Please note that there are certain items we cannot ship Express.
Note that shipping costs for larger and fragile items, such as control panels and bezels have increased significantly over the years, UPS now uses dimensional weight to calculate rates, which means for larger items, the cost can be large. Again, we have no control over shipping rates, but please bear this in mind that for some larger items, the shipping cost can be significant.
Certain original game parts, such as game circuit boards, power supplies and monitor parts are described as tested and working, untested or not-working on our website. Tested and working items have been tested and verified in working condition by us. Untested items means that we do not have the means to easily test the item, they may work or they may not work, they are sold "as-is", no returns. Not-working items have been tested and have some technical problem that we usually describe in the item listing.
Tested and working items are warranted for 10-days from the day they are received. If you receive a part that is not working and was described as working contact us immediately to return the part for an exchange, repair or refund. In many cases, the board is just fine, but something else in the customer's game was causing the issue (bad power supply, missing voltage, etc).
We have had very good success selling parts over the years and rarely have problems with the items we sell. With that being said, most items we sell are 10-30 years old and once and a while we do have issues pop up.
