Shipping policy

We currently ship most items we sell via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground services. We generally ship items at least 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes more, depending on our schedule and most orders are shipped within two business days of being placed. 

We use new boxes for 99% of the items we ship and take the time to properly package each item with the right materials prior to shipment.

Note that shipping costs for larger and fragile items, such as control panels and bezels have increased significantly over the years, UPS now uses dimensional weight to calculate rates, which means for larger items, the cost can be large.  Again, we have no control over shipping rates, but please bear this in mind that for some larger items, the shipping cost can be significant.
