Interesting wiring adapter that converts games using the Data East wiring (games such as Ring King, Karate Champ, Shootout, and Tag Team Wrestling) pinout TO the Jamma pinout.

This adapter is designed to be placed in a game that HAS the original Data East wiring pinout and then convert to the Jamma pinout.
