Galaxian (Willis)

Original Willis overlay

One new old stock (NOS) Galaxian vinyl control panel overlay. This one is made by Willis, considered an aftermarket piece, not an original Midway version. Note that this one does have a couple of bends (two).  Would look nice framed as wall art or could still be used on a game.

Please see the picture for more details on what it looks like.

Measures 22 1/8" x 5".

Quick Game Facts

Galaxian, released in 1979 was the first game to use a true color monitor and one of Bally Midway’s earlier hits. The game is a vertical shooter that begins relatively easy but after the first couple of levels gets very difficult. The game was followed by a number of sequels, including Galaga, Galplus, Galaga ’88 and Galaxian 3.

Coin-Op Overview

Galaxian’s cabinet features very colorful artwork depicting the alien attack. Unfortunately artwork on many of games has a good bit of wear.
