Atari Cabinet to Jamma Adapter / Filter Board

We're not entirely sure what games used this adapter, but recall them in Galaga '88, Pac-Mania and Rolling Thunder arcade games.  This adapter / filter board is used to convert the wiring in those cabinets to a Jamma edge connector pinout. Original Atari Games Part #044202-01.
