Konami Bottom of the Ninth Jamma arcade board from 1989. Boardset uses the Jamma pinout, a horizontal monitor, 8-way joystick and two buttons for game play.
Board boots up and plays fine, but note that the coin input 1 does not work on this board. It appears to be stuck "on" and doesn't register credits. The second coin input is working fine and the game is playable.
We have done no troubleshooting to fix the credit issue. Board is sold as-is with the one minor issue.
