Original Bromley Whirlwin redemption arcade game circuit board. This one is very clean, does appear to be missing a 74LS165 IC at U100 (it was cleanly removed) and has a few empty sockets. Boardset is untested and sold as-is and will need some work. See picture for more details on this item.
