Cheer Time Board (Quick Silver Development)

Quick Silver Development Company "Cheer Time" circuit board.  We don't know anything about this one, it appears to be from a redemption game or something.  Boardset is very clean, great condition, but untested and sold as-is. Part number is 7001.01
