We believe this may an original Bally Midway control panel converted for a fighting game such a Mortal Kombat based on the layout. We aren't sure what game it was original from. Panel measures approximately 25" x 14 3/8" at its largest points. It is setup for two joysticks with six buttons per player at this point.
