Original Needham's EMP-20 Rom Device Programmer in very good used condition. Item includes the original box, manual, programming device, power transformer / adapter, software disk and four programing modules/boards. It will need a PC cable to connector to a computer.
We've had this programmer for many years, and just never used it much. It is very clean and in great condition. See photos for more details.
