Original, used SNK Neo Geo dedicated upright arcade game control panel with some typical wear. This one was converted, but the original holes all seem to be intact and we don't believe any new holes were drilled. Should be easy to just installed a reproduction Neo Geo CPO (which we carry) and new buttons to bring it back to a Neo Geo panel.
Measures 23 3/4" wide by 11 5/8" deep and approximately 6" tall.
