Operation Wolf Circuit Main Board, Not Working

Original Taito Operation Wolf arcade game main circuit board from 1987 that does not work. Listing is for the larger main board as shown and it boots to garbage with a good sound board.  

Circuit board is sold as-is. See pictures for more details on its condition. It does appear to be complete and in good condition.
