Original, Midway Rampage World Tour arcade game circuit board from 1997 that does boot up and plays, but has some video issues. From what we can tell there are two issues, one is a broken trace on the corner of the board. There is a bend on the corner and when we apply pressure to the video clears quite a bit. To the point where the game looks good with just certain character / graphic video issues.
These other video issues will probably take more troubleshooting. The board does appear pass the initial self test when powered on.
