Original, used Rastan arcade game control panel. This panel came from an original Nintendo game, probably Donkey Kong or Donkey Kong Jr. upright game. It measures 22 3/8" x 8 3/8".
Probably could be converted back with some work. The panel is missing its original joysticks and some of the original buttons as well. It has some typical wear from over the years of use.
