Original, non-working Taito Ring Rage arcade game circuit board from 1992. This one is close to working, it boots and plays with sound, but there are vertical lines in the video. We noticed that if you press on the surface mount IC at IC28 the issues goes away, so we're guessing that chip needs to be reflowed, but we don't have the equipment to do it properly.
