Original Bally Midway Super Pac-Man arcade game circuit board from 1982 that boots up and plays with video issues. This one is close to working, some of the objects have some "sparkling" effects. Adjust the voltage up helps to clear it up, but something isn't just right. We believe the issue is with the CPU board, but haven't done much troubleshooting other than swapping out some socketed ICs (that were okay).
