Unknown monitor chassis in untested condition. We found this one in a bulk purchase. It does appear to be complete and in good condition, but we're not sure what monitor it came from. It has a label of "Orion CRT" and "5GCUNVL", so possibly some kind of universal chassis. See photos for more details.
