Original Universal Research Labs arcade game circuit board from 1976. We suspect this may be a Video Action 2 board. It is labeled Universal Research Labs, Inc. 1976, EG-1060-A Pt 2. Board appears to be complete, we noticed the pot was bent and will probably need to be replaced. Board has been sitting for many years and will likely need some repair work.
