Original, new old stock (NOS) Wells Gardner 22V1001 black and white monitor flyback transformer. We found this one in a warehouse cleanout with some other NOS items. The original part number is 53X0474-001. We believe this is for a 22V10001 monitor based on our research. Item is a little dusty from sitting over the years.
