Original Wico Centuri raised logo 2-slot style coin door used on its Track & Field games (and probably a few others). This door was also used Cinematronics Dragon's Lair games.
This door is complete, it certainly needs a good cleaning. It does appear to have all of its parts and should restore well. No noticeable bends or heavy dings, just some typical wear.
