Original 8-way, Wico rotary joystick controller used on Data East / SNK's rotary games such as Ikari Warriors, Victory Road, Time Soldiers and other rotary arcade games.
This one is missing its ball / handle. Otherwise it is in good condition, it is dusty from sitting but moves as it should and includes the joystick cable. We haven't tested it but it is mechanically sound and should work fine.
This is the version with an IC and resistor network on the bottom circuit board. (We have seen a version without those components on the circuit board.)
